Residents Listening to Choir

Clydebank Male Choir Comes to Kingsacre

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Kingsacre Care Home, as the residents and staff enjoy a special visit from Clydebank Male Voice Choir and Friends who put on a wonderful carol concert. The concert was an absolute success with the added festive touch of snow falling outside, helping everyone to start getting into the Christmas spirit.

At Kingsacre Care Home we go above and beyond to assure that our residents experience a magical Christmas and the care and service that we provide exceeds all expectations. We understand how Christmas can be an uncertain time of the year and how COVID-19 has impacted our residents' lives, which is why we make sure to do everything we can to encourage our residents to get into the festive spirit and ensure a home-from-home experience.

Our Activities Coordinators at Kingsacre Care Home regularly host entertainment and activities that guarantee our residents can socialise and have fun. Our devoted team are passionate about assuring our residents experience no two days that are the same and that they achieve the most out of each and every day, meeting friendly new faces and socialising with other residents.

We actively encourage our residents to participate in the activities we plan at Kingsacre Care Home, whether it is inviting visitors into our care home to perform for our residents, attending group excursions to make use of the wonderful countryside that Duntocher has to offer, or taking part in group activities and arts and crafts.

Our team have seen the first-hand benefits that our activities programme has on our residents and how it improves their everyday lifestyle. Our programme encourages our residents to socialise and build new relationships with one another as well as an opportunity to assure our residents keep active and carry on doing what they love the most.
